Much of Sarah Cortese’s business is referral-based because she goes to battle for clients like they’re the only people she’s working for. A former event planner, Sarah is a master multi-tasker able to provide a calm presence for buyers and sellers navigating the real estate market.
Sarah is an experienced advocate when it comes to vacant land sales, residential development and new construction for buyers looking to bring their unique home vision to life. She enjoys guiding people through one of the most important experiences of their lives. Seeing the excitement of her clients is one of the best parts of the job for Sarah.
A Hope College graduate, Sarah enjoys walking the campus and downtown Holland with her family. She’s a design devotee, always reading up on the latest design books and magazines. She currently serves as school board president at her children’s preschool and volunteers regularly at her older child’s elementary school and at her family’s church.
