Dawn has represented me both as a buyer and seller. As a buyer she was extremely patient with me until I found a house that was a great fit for me. And more recently as a seller, she gave me advice on what improvements were necessary to list the house. Once listed, we immediately received four offers and closed within 30 days of listing. GREAT! I sold a house in Dewitt but I was in Arizona. Dawn did everything possible to make the sale easy and smooth. She was straight forward and honest. We got an offer on our sale right at the amount Dawn predicted we would. The house was priced correctly and appraised with no issues. This is a great realtor!

Dawn was honest and straightforward. She was willing to research and find expert contacts to answer questions (when I needed an exterminator). I appreciated how prepared she was each time we talked, and her willingness to speak to me or text at the drop of a hat. I felt very comfortable working with Dawn on the sale of my house.

She knows the area and goes above and beyond. When questions about flood insurance came up, she spent hours of time getting in contact with insurance agents, FEMA and a surveyor to check for accuracy.

We were truly blessed to have Dawn as our realtor! She recently helped us sell our home and purchase a new home. She was able to sell our house within three months and she came to us with multiple offers! She was always ready to answer our questions morning or night, including on weekends (and even on a holiday weekend)! I was very anxious about the selling process and called Dawn frequently. She was always there to take my call or call right back and was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. Dawn clearly cares about her clients. She did everything in her power to make sure our house was well advertised and that she was bringing in all of the prospective buyers she could (including setting our home up as a "Feature Home" on Zillow to get more online traffic). When we sold our home she even went as far as reducing her commission by $1,000 to make it possible for us to afford our dream house! (For which we are eternally grateful!!!)Dawn was amazing with the purchase of our new home as well! Our dream home was a pain to purchase, and frankly I think most realtors would have given up and pushed us to look at other houses... In fact I'm sure other realtors would have refused to work with the difficult circumstances that we were dealing with for this particular house...but not Dawn!!! She knew we didn't want any other house and that this was the perfect one for us, so she did everything she could to make sure we got our beautiful dream home!! There are no words to describe what she had to go through as a realtor on this one. We will forever be thankful for everything she did for us!!!Dawn put a TON of time into selling our home and purchasing our new home...and she never made us feel like we were just another client. In fact you would think we were her only clients with the amount of effort she put into everything she did for us. She will look out for you, and will tell you what's best for your situation (even if it's not ideal for her commission). Dawn took the time not only to find the right home but she also helped us with the inspections & arranging the financing required. She also followed up after the sale to make sure everything was as we expected.

Dawn went above and beyond what I could have ever wished for in helping me to sell my house. In the process of trying to sell my house, we learned that I needed to have a complete new septic/drain field system installed, as the existing one was not up to county specifications. Dawn negotiated the whole process for me and tried to make it as painless as possible. She also reduced her commission, so that I was able to walk away from the sale of my house with more money. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to sell or purchase a new home.

Dawn both sold our house and found the house we purchased. She listened to our needs and wants and prioritized our wish list. She actively marketed our house and we had at least 1 showing a week!!!
