Joel was terrific through the process. We found a home we liked on Zillow, and we met him when we went to see the home. He showed us quite a few homes, and was always honest about the pro's and cons. We ultimately didn't buy through Joel because we never found something exactly like we wanted. So we built a home and called Joel to sell our used house. He helped us with cleaners, what repairs to make, what didn't matter and negotiated a great deal for us. Will use Joel anytime we need a realtor and highly recommend.

Joel was a trusted referral from a family friend, and he was the best realtor I've worked with from start to finish. Joel was knowledgeable of the local market and helped me set a realistic but competitive price, that allowed us to find a buyer in less than a week. Communcation was outstanding, prompt and he always made himself available. He went above and beyond to ensure that the entire experience was smooth for me and my parents (selling my childhood home). Joel was an incredible realtor - he was recommended by a close friend and did an incredible job. We were first time homebuyers and were full of nerves and Joel made me and my husband feel calm and supported. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and had a good sense of humor.
