I just finished my 3rd home buying/selling experience with Chad. I wouldn't use anyone else. He's responsive, thorough, and he knows his stuff! He's always been honest with me and doesn't sugar coat any aspect of a house to make a sale. My son is using Chad for a first home purchase and happily just found the right one! I tell everyone I know, if you want a pro who knows what he's doing and will work hard for you, you can't do any better than Chad.

Caleb did a great job finding us a home in a difficult market for buyers. He was very responsive in his communication and did a great job walking us through an unfamiliar process as first time home buyers. Although he is a relatively young realtor, Caleb was knowledgable and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would follow up with his boss/mentor Chad to get us a satisfactory answer.
