Tyler was amazing to work with! He was very knowledgeable with the market and reasonable with our budget. He had our best interest at heart and was very honest and trustworthy throughout the whole experience. He made our first home buying experience so comfortable. I will suggest all of my friends and family to use him, and if we decide to sell our home or buy a new one we will for sure be using Tyler.

After finding out our family was expanding, we were in a crunch to find a home big enough to house all four of us comfortably. Tyler went above and beyond to help us do just that. By FAR the best realtor I’ve ever went through. Did not know Tyler previously to calling on a 10 acre property purchase. He was nothing short of amazing in his communication, attention to detail, even helping to get with another bank through referral to get loan. One year later the 13.4 acres next door listed for sale by owner. As the buyer/and sellers had Tyler do all closing paperwork. I was extremely happy and impressed with him that I promised when I listed my home (an hour away from him) I would go through him again. In listing my home he exceeded my expectations and I was even more pleased than the previous two times of going through him if that’s even possible. His attention to detail, repairs, getting the best price, communication were excellent. I even had a mishap due to a vehicle issue that put a hole in my garage wall. He literally came an hour away on the weekend and repaired the drywall in my garage. What realtor does that?? lol He gives 100%, he goes over and above! Tyler was brought in to bring 4 neighbors together to purchase a tract of property adjacent to the 4 neighbors properties. He was able to work a deal with the seller and buyers so the whole tract of property was sold as a package deal. There were a few counter offers and the county putting some stipulations on lot sizes but Tyler was able to work a deal that benefited everyone.

I chose wisely in having Tyler list my property. Due to the COVID restrictions and the market being "hot" when I listed my house, there were a few things delayed (eg. 3 weeks for appraisal). However, that was out of the agent's hands.I found him to be very responsive, respectful of my needs and was very happy with his knowledge. He answered my questions quickly and if he didn't know the answer, he found out fast. I was always able to reach out to him and he was there.He stayed right on top of the negotiations.I would definitely use Tyler again if I ever decided to purchase a house.
