I'm able to go to the farm next door and pick up a carton of eggs out of a Tupperware bowl with a cash box next to it that operates solely on the honor system, they're quite often still warm because they're that fresh.

We love all the recreation at our fingertips in the location like Spider, Arbutus, and several other lakes within a mile or two from our front door. Three mile dead ends into East Bay where there's a public park and beach only five minutes away. The Boardman River runs right behind us as well as 1600 acres of state owned land, brown bridge quiet area. Not to mention we're only about 15 minutes from downtown Traverse and about 15 minutes from Grand Traverse Resort. The location really is ideal while offering proximity to so many great amenities that so many desire moving to the area.
