Yum! My wife and I love to visit Senor Lucky's! Last time we went for dinner we ordered Steak Fajitas and margaritas. The fajitas were large enough to satisfy both of us and the margaritas hit the spot! The food and service were both fantastic! The atmosphere creates the perfect place to enjoy a drink and dinner.

Everyone needs to check out this dog park. Large park with access and lots of room to run and play. They have separate areas for small and large dogs, and an area where you can separate your dog for training if your dog is having a bad day. They have a water fountain for dogs and places to sit, a gazebo, and benches. I highly recommend visiting this place.

I love walking around downtown Davison Michigan all year round, whether in the spring or winter. There is so much joy when you are a part of a small town and friendly community. We have great schools, local parks, nature trails, and locally-owned shops!

Davison is not only conveniently located next to the highway, but the Chamber of Commerce also has events throughout the year that any resident would love to enjoy. In February, they host the Quarter Mania event. This event promises a fun filled evening where you can win fabulous items for only a quarter! That is right, for just $.25 you could win a coveted prize from this event!

The whole experience at Lucky's will be a good one. One of the best parts is the fresh out of the oven, still warm bread. Famous for their incredible steaks, if that isn't for you they have a wonderful Salmon. Business lunches are amazing here too, I recommend the Lucky's Salad, you won't leave hungry. Fun fact: Lucky's has other locations besides Davison but each provides a wonderful dining experience.

I finally visited The Agitated Grape for a wine tasting/education event and realized very quickly that I should have tried this place a lot sooner. The atmosphere was great and the service staff was very friendly and helpful. After our event, they even had an open mic for entertainment. Another great feature of The Agitated Grape, they only sell wines and craft beers from Michigan.

If you have never been to the Farmers Market in Davison, plan your visit now! Open year round on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, it is located at the corner of Irish Road and Court Street in Davison. This market has over 70 vendors. Not only does the Farmers Market have fresh produce, it has fresh bread, meat, fish, gift items and more.

In the Chatterbox Cafe, one can find delicious sandwiches (I recommend the Big Apple) or if you stop by early, breakfast items are available. Davison has been known as the City of Flags since 1869. It borders the east side of Grand Blanc and west side of Lapeer with M15 and I69 access. M15 travels north to Bay City and south to Clarkston. Enjoy shopping on historic downtown Main Street.
Enjoy a round of golf at the many Country Clubs; Davison Country Club, Sugarbush Golf Club or Copper Ridge Golf Club.
Have a fun day with the children at Crossroads Village or the Davison Historical Museum. Take a walk with your dog through Davison Dog Park.
Another great place for entertainment is Abernathy Regional Park with tennis courts, ball fields, playscapes and 1.7 mile nature trail or Davison State Park for sledding, ice rink and nice picnic area with pavilions.
  • Davison, MI was first settled in 1842 and was named after Judge Norman Davison who also founded the small bordering town of Atlas, MI. Davison even has a historical museum! Offering award winning schools, fabulous restaurants and parks, and it's very own athletic and country club, Davison is a phenomenal town to raise a family! I've lived in Davison all my life and I love this community! Davison supports many different organizations and loves to hold events of all kinds, from the well-known Davison Pumpkinfest to the Davison Relay For Life in support of The American Cancer Society. This is a wonderful town and I take pride in the fact that I am a Davison High School graduate and Davison homeowner.

I spent some time as a parishioner at St. John the Evangelist church in Davison, and it was a wonderful experience at every mass. Father Andy has known my family since I can remember, and he has never forgotten any of our names for over 35 years. It's a large community always hosting activities, with an unbeatable education program. They also have outstanding facilities in the Rec Center and reception halls.

Davison is an area of fine subdivisions to country life on acreage, your choice. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shopping surround this area, award winning schools for your children and plenty of community pride. I have sold many homes in Davison and have lived here also. It is a good place to raise a family.
  • Davison is a nice small town located about 15 minutes east of downtown Flint. It has easy access to I69. One of the things that distinguishes Davison from other area towns is Whitey's Restaurant. Whiteys Restaurant has long been considered the best place in the whole area for fish and chips. They are known for their "all you can eat" fish dinners and salad bar. I don't eat that much fish, but when I want to, there is no place that I would rather go.
