Colleen went above and beyond our expectations, I have been recommending her to everyone and anyone who is in the market for a new house or is selling one, She represented us on the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Colleen was awesome to work with. She showed us many different houses to help us decide what we wanted. She was always available to answer questions, very easy to get ahold of. She helped after closing with seller disclosure problems. Colleen was always very open and honest when answering questions, listing our house and helping us purchase a house.

Colleen is low-pressure and a ton of fun. She did a great job of showing me houses in my price range and never pushed me to buy something that wasn't right for me or that I didn't want. She did a great job of coordinating showings with me and was always readily available to discuss concerns or questions about the home buying process.
