We closed today on a property at 3367 Division in Grandville listed by Kris Keegstra. I contacted him very shortly after this listing was posted on Zillow. I told him I was very interested and would like to see it on the date is was listed. When my wife and I met Kris we felt welcome and more than just a "buyer". He was the listing agent and after some conversation I told him I had no problem working with him alone.
