Phil is an amazing realtor. This was our first home-buying experience, and we are less than knowledgeable when it comes to what to look for in a home. Phil's experience and expertise in what to look for was so appreciated and helpful. We had a tight budget with so many stipulations, and he definitely worked a miracle getting us our house. I highly recommend Phil for your realtor!

We were impressed with Phil's honesty and fairness. He was very up front with us from the beginning as to what price we could reasonably expect to get from our condo. Our condo sold in six days. Phil is also a very good communicator. He called often to keep us advised as to everything that was taking place. It was a pleasure to work with him and, if we need a realtor in the future, he will definitely be the first one I call.

Phil Ribbens came and listed our Condo and put it on the MLS on August 6th. We had 2 showings. One on the 7th and one on the 8th. The one on the 8th made a full price offer and we accepted the offer on the 10th. We closed on the sale on Tuesday, Sept. 25th. Awesome!!! He told us he could sell it in 5 days when he first talked to us, and he did!!!!!

We had a lot of scheduling complications on our end (moving to a new city and going on a long-planned family vacation), and Phil was able to keep everything on track.
