Kristin was highly professional and sold my house within three days on the market for far more than I had hoped for. She was very knowledgeable and well connected. She arranged for the house to be "pre inspected", professionally and tastefully staged and used a first rate photographer to put together a pictures and 3D walk through video to help market the house. I highly recommend Kristin.

We were probably Kristin's worst nightmare when it came to clients. We bid on a house, got it (thanks to her skill in the field), and then turned around the next morning and said that we didn't want it anymore. I was so worried when I called her to tell her that we had changed our minds, but she was incredibly understanding and sympathetic. Maybe it is just me, but buying a house has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. You will want her by your side when you make this massive purchase. Also, I must add, we had an extremely tight deadline to get the bid in and Kristin made it happen and went above and beyond. She was speeding through Grand Rapids to get it in on time!I cannot recommend her enough, she is trustworthy and astute. You will NOT regret going with Kristin.
