    Deb Good was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process of selling my parents’ home. She really cared about them and understood their needs.Deb Good is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about her clients. In short, she was always on our side working to make their house sale as simple and successful as possible.     I highly recommend Deb and Joe for buying and selling a house! They helped me sell my house at a great price. They walked me through every detail of the sale with confidence and ease, and their advice was rock solid. They definitely know what they are doing.     Initially Deb presented as a motivated professional capable of negotiating the sale of a home in the $400,000 range. But is soon found that Deb lacked negotiation skills and ability to represent my interests in the sale. There were many occasions where Deb’s use of pronouns indicated she was on the others team not mine. Her excuse was she gets very emotional and felt sorry for buyers who had ongoing issues obtaining financing and closing according to contract time lines. Deb also lacked understanding in providing closing disclosure to my bank for the closing to proceed. Documents were required three days before close. Deb said documents slide across table at closing. Her broker stepped in and Issues were negotiated with me receiving my requests to close and a significant reduction in Deb’s commission.

    Deb knows the area very well and understands what the buyer is looking for. She will take very good care of you and will walk you through the entire process. She always answers her phone when you have a question. Best realtor we have ever dealt with. We will be using her in the future when the time comes to move again.

    We used Deb's partner (Joe Udry) as our purchasing agent. Their office went well above and beyond expectations to make sure we found a property were happy with, and to protect our interests. All communications were very timely, and everything was done extremely quickly. For viewing houses, our schedule was worked around to make the best use of our time.Using their office, you will definitely feel they are a huge asset.

    Deb Good was very patient with us as first time buyers as a couple. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Deb had many challenges with the house being 98 years old but guided us as to the best way to have the house sell. She worked with what we could do and worked with buyers to let them know we were finalizing some repairs.
