Richard was very patient as I had numerous questions. He answered each and every one. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of home sales, as I saw it. Explained everything clearly. Richard made the process of selling my house a very positive experience.

We used Richard to sell our home in Okemos. He was very responsive to all of our questions. He knows the local market inside and out. He took care of all the repairs and details of closing. Richard helped me sell my house last summer, and it was a true pleasure to work with him. Richard was fantastic to work with when buying our new house and selling our old house. He was knowledgeable about both areas and has alot of experience! Richard was always willing to respond and answer questions, even if during the evening or on the weekend. He was always willing to help all of the time. He is friendly, efficient and no nonsense.
