I connected with Jules a couple years ago to help us find a condo in TC. Jules took time to understand our wish list, and was able to present several options for us to consider. We were so pleased to return to “old fashioned” customer service. Jules was a good listener, had great knowledge about all aspects of the house as well as helpful suggestions as to changes that could be made. He displayed great patience in the many showings he set up at our request and was always on time for our appointments. Seven months later he helped us find the perfect home and negotiated a very good purchase. The help did not stop at closing but continued with the excellent assistance and follow up of Carissa. These two are simply the best!
