We are a military family from Traverse City. We can't thank Marsha enough for handling all the stressors of selling our TC house, especially while it was being rented and we are living out of state. Not an easy task when your tenants don't want showings. Regardless, Marsha sold our house in 4 weeks, which seemed impossible 2 years ago when we didn't have her! She believed in our house and had the determination to sell it. We always felt comfortable asking questions and calling her assistant, Elizabeth who is also extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to speak with. Ths home has been shown very often. I believe that we had 14 showings in the month of March. I get substantial notice for showings and usually receive feed back within 24 hours and sometimes within hours. Unfortunately we have not found the appropriate candidate for this property.
