Dave was fantastic helping my wife and I purchase our home. He went above and beyond imparting his knowledge, wisdom, and lessons learned when purchasing homes. We looked in both Flushing and Grand Blanc areas, with a variety of homes over a span of a couple of months. Dave was patient with us, ultimately helping us negotiate and close on an amazing ranch home in a great sub-division! Even after we closed on our home, Dave helped us work through a warranty issue where he pushed the warranty company to help assist as they promised via our contract.
