Matt Sleeman

My husband and I met Matt back in December of 2020 when he showed us a house for sale. At that time, we were looking to relocate closer to my husband’s job. The real estate market had really picked up in demand and he was patient and helped us navigate all the craziness. The following Spring of 2021, he helped us with the sale of our house and purchase of property so we could build our forever home. Fast forward to Spring of 2024 and the unexpected passing of my mother-in-law and now we have an estate house to sell. There was only one name when it was time to sell the house and it was Matt. He was sensitive and supportive to the emotional turmoil that comes with the selling of your childhood home after the unexpected passing of a mother. At the same time, he always found a way to make us laugh. The process of selling with Matt was seamless, just as it had been before with our house. Now he is working with our son and daughter-in-law to help them find their first home. There is no one else I would trust in the process with my son, other than Matt. Some families have a “family lawyer” or “family photographer”, but we have a “family realtor”.

Matt was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my fiancée and I buying a home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. When walking through homes, he did not hesitate to point out potential concerns we should be aware of. We ended up finding the right home fast, but I have no doubts he would have patiently guided our search even if it took months. Most importantly, it was clear that Matt's goal was to represent my fiancée and I, to help us find a home that best suited what we wanted/needed. Overall, I don't think you could find a better realtor to aid you in your search for the right home.

We met Matt through looking at a property on Zillow so glad to have Matt help us sell and buy a new house he was very patient while we had to pause going through a family emergency he gave us the time to get through this. Matt gets back to you very quickly and gets you through houses as soon as possible he explains everything along the way. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Matt was such a huge help when we were purchasing our new home. He didn’t just try to sell us on any property we saw but always told us the pros and cons so we could make an informed decision. He always made himself available for questions along the way. He knew everything about the home buying and selling process. He also has many great connections in the area and helped connect us with someone to get our basement finished. He was great at communicating with us both with buying and selling our home. I am thankful we were able to work with him.

Matt and April were amazing! This was my first time buying a house, and they made the process so smooth and stress-free. Working to find our home with Matt was like taking you mechanic car shopping. Before the house hunting process even starts he takes the time to really listen to what you want and keeps listening and making notes the entire process. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. When you are with him you don’t feel rushed and he takes the time to check the little things the average person wouldn’t know or thing of to check and explains what and why he’s doing it.
