When we first met Mike he was on time He was willing to meet us at distances that I didn't think he would, He was very reliable too. But I think the most important thing about him was his knowledge of codes and building. Honestly I can't say enough good about him and the best thing is I can't say anything bad about him So if you need a good realtor you need Mike.

I closed on my first house a few weeks ago. Mike helped me through the entire process, including very helpful information on what would need fixing and what was a good improvement the sellers had made. Having my own house has been a dream since I was a child, more than five decades ago, but I'd pretty much given up hope for it to come true. Working with me, my budget, my loan company and requirements for a VA loan, Mike found the perfect house for me. He put in many more hours working on this than I imagined most realtors would have, including evenings and weekends. Any time I needed to contact him by phone or text he responded very quickly. He was also great at pointing out interesting things about the town, having lived in the area most of his life. He's a great guy, a great realtor, and I'd recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house.

Mike recently helped us sell our home and he did it quickly! He is very reliable, is quick to respond, communicates well, and is trustworthy. He goes above and beyond for his clients and we could not have been more pleased with his services. We would highly recommend Mike!

Mike Pennock helped us buy our first cottage and we can't say enough good things about him. The cottage was a Fannie Mae foreclosure and it was a fixer upper. Mike went over and above to help us with this particular purchase as communications and delays were very bad at times, and Mike spoke on our behalf more than once to get things moving along. Mike was always reassuring, he told us as long as we were in it for the long haul he is too, he always supported us, it was a comforting feeling to hear him say "dont stress" it will all be ok and enjoy this "beautiful day"..that was Mike.."positive". We always felt he really cared about us. Mike helped us navigate step by step through all the 'stuff" with the mortgage and buying process from start to finish, we never felt like we were going it alone. He had great advice, and was always there to answer his phone/email to answer our questions without hesitation which made us feel much more at ease with the experience. We will continue to recommend Mike Pennock to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. We know we could never have gotten this cottage without him.
