Rich Williams was a tremendous help to us trying to find our perfect home. We were in some tough situations from the loan company we got approved with, the loan officer we originally got set up with, to the supply/demand of houses. Rich was literally our hero. He helped weed out a lot of the extra stress and was very open and honest. He made the experience exceptionally comfortable coming to him with any questions and he provided great insight. Rich took time even off the clock to show us houses and worked with our work scheduling as well. We are so appreciative of the work he has done to get us in our beautiful home! Rich is a great relator. He takes the time to inspect the house with you, and answers all questions. He is honest & will let you know what you need to do to win the house you offer on. We got very creative with our bid, but unfortunately got beat out by an all cash offer. Rich then showed us a surprise house which we LOVED and it fit us perfectly. We were able to get an offer accepted and moved in a month later! Rich is professional, will get you in to tour a house right away, and goes above & beyond to make sure things are good.
