My role is not only negotiating the best price for my clients, it’s about understanding each persons unique needs, being readily available to my clients, and communicating effectively whether it’s buying or selling a home. What I love about this business is not only the feeling of helping people, but genuinely getting to know them while being open, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process.
Going through a real estate transaction is a very personal experience. I want to put myself in my clients shoes; helping them to understand changing markets, pricing strategies, and new technologies. I make it a priority to get to know my clients on a personal level, discovering their preferences in both properties and communication.
I am flexible to my clients needs and I want them to feel as though they are the only ones I’m working with during their time; I have a very hands on approach to getting my listings 100% ready to hit the market. From staging, to photography, to the public remarks, attention to detail matters in marketing and getting buyers to the house!
